@DisrespectedThe People with college degrees are more educated, in certain subjects, but not necessarily more intelligent. Intelligence and education are two completely different things and are independent of each other.
@musk_news13 I have one in my nightstand. Probably won’t have it for long because my grandson keeps eyeballing it and asking questions about it. I told him he could have it when I die. Might have been a fatal mistake to tell him that.
As predictable as this is, it’s still infuriating to see it. For decades, Bashar al-Assad protected minority religious communities in Syria, including the country’s large Christian population. No one in the United States was allowed to notice this, and anyone who did was immediately denounced by neocons as a dangerous extremist. Bari Weiss declared Tulsi Gabbard “monstrous” and an “Assad toady” for noticing. But it was true. Assad protected the Christians. The weaker Assad was, the more Christians died. During the years that neocons in the west backed the war against Assad, the percentage of Christians in Syria went from ten percent to two percent. Now that Assad has been driven from power, many of the remaining Syrian Christians are being slaughtered and their holy places desecrated. Bari Weiss and John Bolton haven’t said a word about it. But no one who’s paying attention can be surprised it’s happening. Neocon projects in the Middle East invariably destroy ancient Christian communities, from Iraq to Gaza and in many places in between. Can this be an accident? You wonder.
@RealCandaceO Idk who those boomers are. I would say at least half of the boomers that I know don’t feel as you described. Most of the ones I know are, like me, the youngest boomers though.
@RealCandaceO Hold on there, young lady. I’m a boomer, barely, but a boomer and I am nothing like you describe. I know plenty of other boomers, granted on the younger cusp of boomer, who believe like I do.
@tracybeanz I went through that 15 years ago. I thought I was going to die of a broken heart, but it all worked out. Then 7 years ago my daughter and her family moved in with me temporarily, just long enough for them to find a house closer to me. It worked out so well they never left.
@ChuckCallesto@IanJaeger29 Of all of them, this is the guy I would get the most pleasure being walked into prison. His arrogance and disdain while he was testifying before Congress mad me have very violent feelings. I can only hope that before he goes to prison that he whines or cries on camera.
