Farming is a business. The goal is profit. The secret is knowing your target market. These are the people who will buy your product.
Start with products that are affordable to venture into and easy to sell. Don’t stress about quantity. Begin with what your money allows and what your market can absorb.
Never ignore the starting point. That one goat, those 10 eggs, those 100 cabbages. Small beginnings teach you, and they bring income. From there, you grow.
Start small. Learn fast. Make money.

It’s exactly 7pm here in Mchoka Bure village on the slopes of Mount Kenya.
We’ve just finished harvesting kales, amaranthus, and Chinese cabbage that will leave tonight for the market. Honestly, the best feeling I have is not just about the money, it’s knowing that what we produced is safe and healthy food.
On this farm, we believe in safe food:
•Boosting nutrients with an organic fertilizer.
•Using natural pest management solutions like Agripest-Croton oil-based products (yes, the famous mukinduri oil) from @KAPILimited that are effective against stubborn aphids yet safe, with just a 1-day pre-harvest interval.
• Planting repelling flowers around the farm to naturally chase away other pests.
So tonight, as our vegetables head to the market, we leave happy and satisfied knowing we are not just farmers, but guardians of safe food.

On my way from Taita Taveta county this morning, I met a “landlord in the skies.” My curious spirit forced me to stop at this tree house, only to learn the owner has lived here for over 3 years.
The house is fully self-contained kitchen, resting area, and even a master bedroom up there solar powered. But that’s not the story.
This man has a kitchen garden that keeps him fed, and even a papaya tree standing guard outside. Imagine, while some of us complain of hunger with acres of land, this man is busy enjoying organic food from his tree house garden.
It’s not about how big your land is, it’s about how big your creativity grows!

Biashara ya kilimo si jambo la kuingilia kwa haraka ili kupata matokeo ya haraka ni kufuata mchakato:👇
✅Kuweka malengo
✅Kufanya kazi kwa bidii
✅Kuvumilia/subira
✅Kuomba dua ili mazao yako yafanye vizuri
Ukizingatia haya yote, utafanikiwa kufikia lengo lako unalotaka.
