(1/2) At Renigunta station, the notice board announcements have been lagging for the last 3 hours. No proper train announcements, and coach positions are not being displayed.

@Srdcmgtl @drmgtl @RailwaySeva After checking multiple online portals we have come to platform 5 at Renigunta station. They have given the coach positions but the help desk is of no use. This is not what public expect.

(2/2) We have the Pondicherry–Kacheguda train at 7:55 PM, and there are elderly passengers trying to board without any guidance. This is unacceptable.
What kind of service and accountability is this? Please address this immediately
