@HMRCcustomers The refund for overpaid income tax has already come though (normal bank details were added to my online submission), but the overpayment for capital gains has not.

@HMRCcustomers I am looking for some info on self assessment refunds. If I am due a refund on capital gains, when will I be contacted about this after filing my self assessment?

@HMRCcustomers The CGT was paid, then a self-assessment filed in Nov, which showed a refund was due. However unsure how the refund will be actioned as no contact from HMRC since. Tried calling, on hold for 1 hour 15 mins, and then automated cut me off.
