🚨 JIO MANAGEMENT – ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER HARASSMENT & COMPLETE INSTALLATION FAILURE!
@JioCare@reliancejio@TRAI
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Jio's repeated false commitments, cancelled appointments, and complete failure to provide my booked connections. Despite multiple complaints, follow-ups, confirmed installation schedules, and repeated assurances, MY CONNECTIONS ARE STILL NOT INSTALLED AS OF 28 SEPTEMBER 2026!
MY ORDER DETAILS:
1️⃣ Order No.: N0001FH5Z86 – Booked on 27 August 2026.
2️⃣ Order No.: N00001FWZTCQ – Booked on 18 September 2026.
Location: Siwan, Bihar.
Jio Siwan DRS: 092418 85959
Jio Agent: 75675 92437
Additional Contact: +91 92418 38221
REPEATED FALSE ASSURANCES AND WASTED TIME:
My first connection was scheduled for installation on 3 September, but the appointment was subsequently cancelled. Since then, I have repeatedly received assurances that the connection would be installed "today" or within "24 hours."
On 25 September, the Siwan DRS representative again assured me over the phone that installation would be completed that day. Trusting Jio, I left my personal work and stayed at home waiting for the installation team. Yet, the promised installation never happened.
On 26 September, another installation appointment was scheduled between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Once again, after making me wait, the Jio team refused to install the connection, claiming that the building ID was incorrect.
THIS EXCUSE IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
I have already been using an existing Jio connection at the SAME PREMISES FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS. If the building ID is incorrect, how has Jio been providing an active connection at the same location for two years?
Why did Jio accept my bookings, process the payment, and repeatedly schedule installation appointments if the department now claims that installation is not possible?
As of 28 September, both connections remain uninstalled. Repeatedly making customers wait, issuing new promises, cancelling appointments, and providing contradictory explanations is a serious failure of customer service and accountability.
I DEMAND IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION FROM JIO SENIOR MANAGEMENT:
1. Immediately escalate BOTH pending orders to the senior Jio installation and Siwan management teams.
2. Resolve the alleged building ID issue internally by verifying my existing active Jio connection at the same premises.
3. Arrange installation of BOTH connections without any further delay, cancellation, or unnecessary excuses.
4. Investigate the repeated unfulfilled commitments and the conduct of the concerned installation team.
5. Provide a written explanation and a concrete installation schedule for both orders.
I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER AUTOMATED REPLY, ANOTHER 24-HOUR PROMISE, OR ANOTHER RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I WANT BOTH CONNECTIONS INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY!
@JioCare@reliancejio@TRAI
Jio senior management must take ownership of this matter. Customers cannot be expected to sacrifice their working days and personal responsibilities repeatedly because your teams fail to honour their own commitments.
If this issue remains unresolved, I will escalate the matter through the appropriate telecom grievance and consumer complaint channels with the booking confirmations, appointment emails, cancellation records, and communication evidence.
JIO MUST STOP MAKING FALSE COMMITMENTS AND START DELIVERING THE SERVICE CUSTOMERS HAVE BOOKED AND PAID FOR. TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION!

Today, Jio scheduled my installation between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM. However, after making me wait, the installation team informed me that my connection could not be installed because the building ID was incorrect.

FINAL ESCALATION | PNR: YEDZ7U
My connecting ticket Kolkata–Srinagar via Delhi was disrupted after Akasa Air cancelled DEL–SXR on 05 Nov 2025. Nearly 10 months later, only ₹4,531 refunded; ₹5,082 remains disputed.
Under DGCA CAR Section 3, Series M, Part II & Part IV, applicable refund and cancellation provisions must be assessed. Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Sections 2(11) & 2(47), address deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
@makemytrip, provide a complete fare-wise refund statement, proof of airline refund received, legal justification for deductions, and settle all amounts legally payable.
I demand a written resolution within 7 days. Failing this, I will escalate to National Consumer Helpline, AirSewa and the appropriate Consumer Commission.
10 months of follow-ups. No more generic replies. Accountability and a lawful resolution are required.

My connecting flight Delhi–Srinagar was cancelled by Akasa Air on 5 Nov 2025. Despite nearly 10 months of follow-ups, only ₹4,531 has been refunded.
DGCA CAR Section 3, Series M, Part IV, Para 3.3.2 provides that eligible passengers affected by cancellation or missed connections on the same ticket may be entitled to an acceptable alternative flight OR compensation along with a FULL ticket refund, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
Compensation can be ₹5,000/₹7,500/₹10,000 depending on flight block time, or basic fare + fuel charge, whichever is less.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, deficiency in service can be challenged before the appropriate Consumer Commission.
I demand a transparent fare breakdown, legal justification for withholding my claimed ₹5,082 balance, and a fair resolution.
10 months is too long. Provide a written response and resolve this matter.

🚨 SERIOUS COMPLAINT AGAINST JIO – TWO CONNECTIONS, REPEATED FALSE PROMISES & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!
I am extremely disappointed with Jio's irresponsible customer service. Despite booking two connections and repeatedly following up, Jio has failed to fulfil its installation commitments.
CONNECTION 1:
• Booking Date: 27 August 2026
• Order No.: N0001FH5Z86
• Original Installation: 3 September 2026
• Jio Siwan DRS Contact: 092418 85959
CONNECTION 2:
• Booking Date: 18 September 2026
• Installation still pending.
On 25 September, the Jio Siwan DRS representative assured me over the phone that my connection would be installed that day. Trusting Jio, I left my personal work and stayed at home the entire day, waiting for the installation team.
But once again, Jio failed to fulfil its promise. Neither connection was installed.
I have repeatedly received assurances such as "It will be installed today" and "Please wait another 24 hours." Every day, a new timeline is given, and customers are forced to wait without any actual resolution.
HOW MANY TIMES WILL JIO MISLEAD CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE INSTALLATION PROMISES?
I booked my first connection on 27 August and the second on 18 September. Despite repeated commitments, cancellations and follow-ups, I am still waiting for installation.
This is a complete disregard for customers' time, trust and money. Customers have jobs and family responsibilities. They cannot keep leaving their work and waiting at home every day because Jio representatives repeatedly fail to honour their commitments.
I STRONGLY OBJECT TO THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER TREATMENT. STOP GIVING FALSE ASSURANCES AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!
I DEMAND:
1. Immediate intervention by Jio senior management and the Siwan installation team.
2. Urgent installation of BOTH connections without further delay.
3. Investigation into repeated cancellations and false installation commitments.
4. A confirmed installation schedule and direct coordination from the local team.
I DO NOT WANT A REFUND OR ANOTHER 24-HOUR PROMISE. I WANT BOTH CONNECTIONS INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY!
@JioCare@reliancejio@TRAI Please escalate this matter urgently and hold the concerned team accountable. I expect immediate action and actual installation, not another automated reply or empty promise.
Jio must respect its customers' time and stop treating customers this way.

@AkasaAir@DGCAIndia
10 MONTHS HAVE PASSED, BUT MY ₹5,082 REFUND IS STILL PENDING!
Akasa Air, my booking details are:
✈️ PNR: YEDZ7U
📋 MakeMyTrip Booking ID: NF7AHNGY34858107255
💰 Total Ticket Fare: ₹9,613
💸 Refund Received: ₹4,531
❌ Remaining Refund Demanded: ₹5,082
MakeMyTrip has confirmed that Akasa Air refunded only ₹4,531 to them, and they have already transferred that amount to me. Now my question is simple: WHO WILL REFUND MY REMAINING ₹5,082?
My final destination was SRINAGAR, NOT DELHI! You brought me to Delhi and left me there. I had no work in Delhi. My entire purpose of travelling was to reach Srinagar, but due to your flight cancellation, my complete journey was never fulfilled.
When you did not complete my journey to Srinagar, on what basis did you deduct ₹5,082 from my ticket fare of ₹9,613? Why should I bear the financial loss for a journey that YOUR AIRLINE FAILED TO COMPLETE?
10 MONTHS OF WAITING, REPEATED FOLLOW-UPS, AND NO FINAL RESOLUTION! Stop passing responsibility between Akasa Air and MakeMyTrip.
I demand an immediate refund of the remaining ₹5,082, a clear written explanation for the deduction, and a final resolution without any further delay.
10 MONTHS IS ENOUGH! REFUND MY REMAINING ₹5,082 NOW!
@DGCAIndia Please intervene and help resolve this long-pending refund complaint.
@AkasaAir@makemytrip@DGCAIndia
10 MONTHS HAVE PASSED, BUT STILL NO COMPLETE REFUND BREAKDOWN OR SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION!
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the irresponsible handling of my flight cancellation and refund by both Akasa Air and MakeMyTrip.
My connecting flight from Kolkata to Srinagar was booked through MakeMyTrip under a SINGLE PNR and a SINGLE TICKET. I completed my Kolkata–Delhi journey, but Akasa Air cancelled my Delhi–Srinagar connecting flight at the time of boarding in Delhi. As a result, I could not reach my final destination, Srinagar, and my entire travel plan was ruined.
MY BOOKING DETAILS:
✈️ PNR: YEDZ7U
Booking ID: NF7AHNGY34858107255
Booking Date: 04 November 2025
Total Ticket Fare: ₹9,613
Refund Received: Only ₹4,531
Outstanding Amount: ₹5,082
It has been approximately 10 months, and I am still struggling to get a proper explanation and complete settlement of my refund. Akasa Air reportedly claims that the refund has already been processed from its end, while MakeMyTrip has refunded only ₹4,531. If the airline has processed the refund, where is the complete refund calculation? Why has neither party provided a clear, transparent and satisfactory written explanation for the remaining amount?
Akasa Air and MakeMyTrip, stop passing the responsibility between each other. The passenger should not be forced to suffer for months because of coordination failures between an airline and a travel agent.
Under the applicable DGCA Passenger Charter and Civil Aviation Requirements, passengers affected by flight cancellations and missed connections on the same ticket may be entitled to refunds, alternate arrangements and applicable compensation, subject to the prescribed conditions.
I demand the following from both companies:
1. A complete written breakdown of the original ₹9,613 ticket fare and the ₹4,531 refund already processed.
2. Written confirmation from Akasa Air of the exact amount transferred to MakeMyTrip, along with the transaction date and refund reference number.
3. A clear explanation from MakeMyTrip regarding the pending ₹5,082 and the basis on which only a partial refund was issued.
4. Immediate settlement of the outstanding amount and any compensation applicable under DGCA regulations.
5. A final written resolution without further unnecessary delays or repeated 24–48-hour assurances.
TEN MONTHS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH! I have made repeated efforts to resolve this issue, but I am still waiting for a proper answer. This is not just about money; it is about passenger rights, accountability and fair treatment.
@DGCAIndia, I request your intervention and appropriate action in this matter. Please direct the concerned parties to provide a transparent refund calculation and resolve this long-pending complaint in accordance with applicable regulations.
@AkasaAir@makemytrip — I do not want another generic response asking me to contact the other company. I want both parties to coordinate directly and provide a concrete, written resolution.
WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY ₹5,082? WHERE IS THE COMPLETE REFUND ACCOUNTING? HOW MUCH LONGER MUST A PASSENGER WAIT?

Akasa Air cancelled my Delhi–Srinagar connecting flight at the time of boarding in Delhi. Although I completed the Kolkata–Delhi sector, I could not reach my final destination, Srinagar, due to the airline's cancellation.
It has been approximately 10 months since my booking on 04 November 2025. Akasa Air has reportedly confirmed that the refund was processed from its end, yet MakeMyTrip has failed to provide a complete refund or a satisfactory explanation.
Under applicable DGCA regulations, please clarify the refund calculation and my entitlement to a refund and any applicable compensation for this cancelled connecting flight.
MakeMyTrip, answer these questions:
1. Why was only ₹4,531 refunded against a ₹9,613 ticket?
2. Where is my remaining ₹5,082?
3. When will you provide the complete refund breakdown and resolve this matter?
Stop giving repeated assurances and making me wait. I demand a written explanation and immediate resolution, including the outstanding amount and any applicable compensation under DGCA rules.

🚨 SERIOUS COMPLAINT AGAINST JIOHOME – REPEATED FALSE PROMISES & INSTALLATION FAILURE!
Order Details:
- Order Number: N0001FH5Z86
- Booking Date: 27 August 2026
- Scheduled Installation: 3 September 2026 (8:15 AM–10:15 AM)
- Cancellation Date: 05 September 2026
- Jio Agent Contact: 75675 92437
- Location: Siwan, Bihar
I booked my JioHome connection on 27 August 2026. Jio officially scheduled installation for 3 September, but the appointment was subsequently cancelled on 10 September.
Since then, I have repeatedly contacted the Jio agent (75675 92437) and customer care. Every time, I receive the same assurances: "Your connection will be installed today" or "Please wait another 24 hours."
Every day, a new timeline is promised, and I am forced to wait. Despite repeated commitments, my connection has still not been installed.
Today is 25 September, and I am still waiting for a connection booked almost a month ago!
This is completely unacceptable. Jio has wasted my valuable time with repeated assurances, cancelled appointments, and no concrete resolution.
I DEMAND:
1. Immediate escalation of Order No. N0001FH5Z86 to the senior installation team.
2. Installation without any further delay or cancellation.
3. Direct coordination with the local installation team.
4. A proper explanation for the cancellation and repeated unfulfilled commitments.
I DO NOT WANT A REFUND OR ANOTHER 24-HOUR PROMISE. I WANT MY CONNECTION INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY!

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service from Jio!
My Jio AirFiber installation has been scheduled THREE TIMES:

2. 21 September 2026 – 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM
3. 23 September 2026 – Installation appointment scheduled again.
Despite three scheduled appointments, my connection has STILL NOT BEEN INSTALLED.
Today is 25 September, and I am still waiting. No installation team has visited, and nobody from the concerned team has contacted me with a proper update.
This is completely unacceptable. Jio keeps scheduling appointments but fails to deliver its service. How many more days do I have to wait?
I DO NOT WANT A REFUND. I WANT MY JIO AIRFIBER CONNECTION INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY JIO!
I have booked a JioAirFiber Postpaid connection for Siwan, Bihar, and have already made the required payment. Despite receiving repeated installation appointment schedules, my connection has still not been installed.
Every time Jio provides a new date and time slot, but no installation takes place. The latest installation appointment was scheduled for 23 September 2026, between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM. However, the installation was not completed.
The most disappointing part is that no action has been taken so far, and I have not even received a single call from the Jio installation team regarding my pending connection. Nobody is providing a proper update or explaining why the installation is being delayed.
Order No.: N00001FWZTCQ
Location: Siwan, Bihar
I have already paid for the connection. I do not want a refund. I simply want Jio to fulfil its commitment and install my connection without any further delay.
How many times will customers have to wait for new appointment schedules without receiving the actual service?
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service. I request the Jio management and the concerned Siwan installation team to intervene immediately, contact me and arrange the installation at the earliest.
Please do not send another automated appointment message. I need an actual call from the installation team and immediate installation of my JioAirFiber connection.
