A grievance MORTH/E/2024/0017091 has been logged on 02-12-2024 with no action till date, even after repeated follow up. JH PG Portal email is bouncing back (screenshot attached).

Indore Junction AC Retiring Room — ₹1140 for 12 hrs and yet:

2️⃣ No towel/soap
3️⃣ No drinking water
These were discontinued during Covid, hasn’t resumed even now. Everywhere else, things are normalised — why not here?
Add few more issues to it:
4. No mosquito liquid
5. No cloth hanger
6. Poor room illumination
7. Poor bed linen hygiene, used blankets without cover
9. No door mat
10. TV is a far dream, old cable is still there
11. No working night lamp
12. No working exhaust fan in bathroom

I have understood the modus operandi of complaint resolution now. First you forward it to irrelevant department, then till it reaches the relevant dept, complaint itself becomes irrelevant as customer would have left the room till then, & then you close the complaint with pride.
