There has been no check during the first class section of the local train no. 93036. The passengers with yearly passes cannot board because others are alighting without tickets. Plz do the needful at the nxt station n conduct regular checks. @WesternRly@RailwaySeva@RailMadad
Why are there no regular inspections in Middle 1st class coaches or other 1st class sections of local trains to monitor absence of valid tickets? This oversight inconveniences regular 1st pass holders. train No. 93036

@drmbct@RailwaySeva Dear Sir,
It seems there are no regular daily checks, especially during peak hours, for train no. 93036. Currently, I am travelling in middle 1st class, and there is no space to stand here. I request you to send a couple of TTEs and conduct regular checks during peak hours.
Why are there no random inspections in Middle 1st class coaches or other 1st class sections of local trains throughout the year to monitor boarding without a valid ticket? This oversight causes inconvenience for regular pass holders.

Dear @drmmumbaicr,
Today I travelled by AC Local from Mulund to CSMT and back (tickets attached).
The experience highlighted several passenger information gaps:
🔹 At Mulund, the 12:18 PM AC Fast Local was delayed, but there was no announcement regarding the delay, revised arrival time, or platform information. As a 65-year-old senior citizen, I had to run across platforms after spotting the train at the last moment.
🔹 During the return journey from CSMT, there was again no clear indication of the arrival platform of the AC Local, causing confusion and inconvenience.
🔹 Inside the train, announcements correctly indicate on which side the platform will come. However, at stations like Vidyavihar and Nahur, where AC local doors do not open on the home platform side, there are no station announcements advising passengers to use the island platform for boarding. This can easily result in commuters missing the train.
🔹 At CSMT Platform No. 1 (Masjid end), Rail Neer was available only at room temperature. While chilled soft drinks were being sold, passengers seeking drinking water in Mumbai's hot and humid weather were told semi-chilled Rail Neer was unavailable.
Requesting: ✅ Better real-time announcements for delayed AC locals.
✅ Clear platform information displays and announcements.
✅ Station announcements at Vidyavihar, Nahur and similar stations regarding the correct boarding platform for AC locals.
✅ Availability of adequately cooled Rail Neer for passengers during summer.
Passenger comfort begins with timely information.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I write as a regular commuter and resident of the Borivali/Boisar region to kindly request the deployment of a scheduled air-conditioned (AC) suburban local train (EMU/MEMU) operating daily between Borivali and Boisar to significantly enhance
as improved comfort, safety, and regional connectivity would greatly benefit daily commuters and facilitate sustainable regional growth.
Thank you for your attentive consideration.
