@MartinSLewis They are hiding behind ‘systems’ they say are complex, furloughed staff, lack of access to office support and even anti bribery laws. The bottom line is they are using customers as a piggy bank whilst unable to fly.

@MartinSLewis Disgusting treatment by virgin who are clearly using current situation to defend holding customers money. They have made it impossible to contact them . And are now stating 120 days for repayment from date the refund was ‘logged’ by them. Not travel date. I could go on ... and on
