Why do @FlySWISS think it is acceptable to deliver delayed luggage to my house at 2.10am?!?! 4 cases delayed, 1 delivered with a wheel smashed off and the other 3 delivered two days later .Bad enough that they weren’t loaded but customer service has been diabolical!

Still waiting for a refund from 19/08 from @MonsoonUK. Apparently they have a new computer system and one person manually processing refunds for the whole company. Absolute joke. COVID has become Everybody’s favourite excuse!😡

@British_Airways Ridiculous excuse! It clearly states in you’re email that you can apply the voucher to a future booking so why can’t you apply it to an existing booking?
Can @British_Airways explain to me why I need to book another holiday to use my voucher instead of being able to use it to pay towards the balance of my already booked trip in August??? I accepted a voucher to help out your airline......wish I hadn’t bothered😡
