@CitImmCanada There is no excuse for how poorly & unorganized the ext. family reunification approval process is being handled. It's been 20 days since it's launch, also the time leading up to it you had to prepare. Should be ashamed how you're treating cdn citizens & our family

@CitImmCanada my fiance applied for the extended family reunification October 15th, we have not heard back other than the automated receipt. There are people being approved from October 22nd. How is this ok? There are still people waiting from October 8th as well. So heartless.

@CitImmCanada Getting increasingly annoyed that there is no rhyme or reason for the order extended family reunification applications are being approved, and absolutely no accountability for breaking promises that you've made regarding this. This is not a lottery. Be better.

@CitImmCanada We are all desperate to see our partners after nearly 8 months apart. Emotions are high. Also with things changing frequently in the first couple weeks of this being available - some people are resubmitting with more info to get accepted in a timely manner.

@CitImmCanada There are people resubmitting because there are approvals as early as the 20th, first time submissions too when people from earlier dates are still waiting. We are all confused and anxious. No one should be penalized for your lack of organization!
