@OptimumHelp It's not the service I am trying to speak to a billing manager to resolve my issue because that what your service reps keep saying has to resolve it and yet they absolutely refuse to transfer me to one AND I've been hung up 2x now, 2x!!!!!!

@littlecaesars please change your doorbell commercial. It's probably worse then the old "hey google" or Alexa commercials. EVERYTIME the doorbell on your commercial goes off so do my fucking dogs. At least 3-4x a hour. I can't take it anymore!
