@virginmedia In good faith I agreed to go with Virgin for broadband. QuickStart kit was meant to arrive Mon, old broadband was cancelled kit never arrived til yesterday at 20.55 - 2 full days wasted waiting on kit. Now need an engineer exp tomorrow. No bb since Mon. Considering cancelling
