@AskLyft I've now DM'ed and submitted THREE requests for assistance - it's the FOURTH DAY WITHOUT MY PHONE and ZERO help from Lyft. This is beyond ridiculous. The driver called me when I put the phone in Lost Mode. He knows he has my phone. WTF LYFT. I can't believe how hard this is.
@AskLyft how do I get my phone back from a driver? It's been over 48 hours and I've logged a Lyft request three times with no response from him. He called me on my phone and told me to log a lost phone thru Lyft so I know he knows he has a lost phone! How do I get it back?!

We've adopted the mentality that Vision Zero improvements don't need to be complex to be effective. These flexible bollards on 8th St deter cars from illegally parking at the crosswalk, maintaining sight lines that help drivers see🚶🏼♀️crossing the street & cars at the intersection.
Seattle's SEA Street (Street Edge Alternative). Two years of monitoring show that SEA Street has reduced the total volume of stormwater leaving the street by 99 percent.
Looking forward to hearing some news from @dallascityhall on this proposal with @BikeDFW - Dallas would join 31 cities across the world doing the same.
Pleased to support @BikeDFW and many @DallasParkRec trail groups on potential conversion of streets for 🚲 and 🚶🏻 use during #COVID19. This would help with trail overcrowding and gives us a chance to think creatively about making @CityOfDallas more pedestrian and bike friendly.
"...making more walkable urban real estate used to be easy. It’s not easy any more. This reality is having a real impact on millions of people, and it’s time we focused on solving that problem."
