@Raquel_L_Rod@JennieChavez15@NoelLonghorns Ch5 Q3: I think working as a team and using good manners helps keep a good working relationship. Also letting the parent and the student know that you(the teacher) are on their side will go a long way. #noelculturize
@Raquel_L_Rod@JennieChavez15@NoelLonghorns Ch 5, Q2: The students are the reason that I stay in this profession because the hours are long and can be very daunting. It is rewarding to see the joy on their faces and when you see the light bulb go off for them when they understand something. #Noelculturize
@Raquel_L_Rod@JennieChavez15@NoelLonghorns Ch 5, Q1: My rose this year has been working with such a wonderful team, your team can really make a difference. Another rose would be my students. My thorn this year has been the struggle we have faced all year with working technology for the students. #noelculturize
@LizanneLaura@JennieChavez15 I agree with you I definitely think that when you help someone out they are more willing to help you out even if it just lending an ear.
@21biancasanchez@JennieChavez15 I agree with you, the students love having a job and responsibility. It really gives them a sense of ownership and pride to be able to have a job in the classroom.
@MartaGutierrezU@JennieChavez15 I agree with you. Sometimes the only thing that gets me through the day is knowing that I have a team that is supportive and will help with whatever I need.
@sabrinateague5@JennieChavez15 I agree with you about a good leader listening and being approachable. Being approachable and showing that you are not afraid to make mistakes lets people and students know that you are just like them.
Ch4Q3 The best thing for workplace culture is to keep all negative thoughts to yourself. Voicing negativity and can make it spread like wildfire. I think showing empathy and putting yourself in someone else's shows before criticizing is important. #noelculturize
Ch4Q2: I think giving positive feedback to anyone when you see them doing something good is always helpful. I think the big key to this is expressing appreciation because you never know when someone might need those words of encouragement. #noelculturize
Ch4Q1: I try to find at least one thing positive in a negative situation. I also do this with my students if there is something they are struggling with or not doing correctly I try to point something out they are doing that is positive. #noelculturize
Ch3Q2 There are many things that can bring the culture up in a school. I feel like some things at Noel that create a great culture is teamwork, praise, rewards through different avenues.
Ch 3 Q3 I think a good compliment of being a good leader is asking another teacher for advice of what they would do about a certain subject or in a certain situation.
Ch3Q1 The best way to be a leader is to lead by example rather than words. People and students will take a leader more serious if they can see the actions being done which will also build respect. #noelculturize
