Ch2 Q3 As a whole world we have gotten away from the use of paper and pencil. So modeling and showing the student in this modern world is important. We also need to encourage them to write and express their thoughts. #noelculturize

Make sure to show respect towards the students. Show them the same way you want to be treated. Make them feel welcome and part of the group. Kindness and respect is the best approach to getting a student to come around. #noelculturize

@Raquel_L_Rod The use of short hand in texting has a big impact on writing. Students don't see a lot of written work due to computers, cell phones, etc. We do need to stop and write each day. Model and write! #noelculturize
