I don't mind spending "non-contract" time working on school things as long as its within my limits for family time. #noelculturize

Ch.3 Q3 I inspire students to be leaders through building on strengths. Often times the students that give us the most discipline issues are some of our best leaders. I intentionally give these students more responsibility/chances to succeed at leading. #noelculturize
