So @LaserShip is the worst....order was to be delivered on 12/5 but then it was pushed to the next day. Called CS today (on hold for over 30 minutes) and the agent couldn’t get a hold of the warehouse and wouldn’t put in a ticket. She was VERY rude and then hung up on me.
