इधर CJP का कहना है कि इलाज के दौरान अब्दुल के पिता कि मौत हो चुकी है। अब्दुल ने मारपीट का आरोप BJP समर्थकों पर लगाया है जो कि जाँच का विषय है। अब्दुल ने ये भी बताया कि सरिया से उसके गर्दन पर भी हमला हुआ था जिसमें वो बाल बाल बच गया। अब सवाल ये हैं कि महज़ एक स्कूल ठीक करने कि बात पर इतनी बड़ी सज़ा? या फिर बात इससे भी बड़ी है? पुलिस को मामले कि गहनता से जाँच करनी चाहिए और दोषियों को सख्त सज़ा दिलाना चाहिए.
