@burgerkingindia Serious complaint about the outlet in the attached picture. The 1st-floor AC has been an issue for weeks. I’ve visited 3 times in 2 weeks the first 2 times, staff said it was faulty. Yesterday they claimed it was working, but the floor was still uncomfortably hot

@burgerkingindia I also noticed the AC was set to a very high temperature. Multiple customers complained, but the staff and manager acted clueless and ignored us. This is unacceptable. How many times do customers have to complain? Please investigate this outlet and fix the issue immediately.
