ነዋሪዎቻችንን ካረጀ እና ለመኖር ምቹ ካልሆነ የካዛንቺስ አካባቢ እንዲወጡ አድርገን ለኑሮ ምቹ የሆነ ቤት እና አካባቢ እንዲገቡ ያደረግን ሲሆን በዚህም የሰው ህይወትን የመቀየር ስራን ሰርተናል።
ከካዛንቺስ አካባቢ ለልማት በፈቃደኝነት የተነሳችሁ እና ከጎናችን የቆማችሁ ነዋሪዎችን ስለ ትዕግስታችሁ እና ድጋፋችሁ እያመሰገንኩ፣ ይህ ስራ እንዲሳካ ህግ እና አሰራሩን በመቀበል ቦታውን በፈቃደኝነት ለልማት የለቀቃችሁ የአካባቢው አርሶ አደሮችንም ላመሰግናቸው እወዳለሁ።
ይህን ታላቅ ስራ በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ገንብታችሁ ያጠናቀቃችሁ ኮንትራክተሮችን፣ አማካሪ ድርጅቶችን፣ ድጋፍ ያደረጋችሁ አካላትን፣ ያስተባበራችሁ አመራሮችን እንዲሁም የክፍለከተማው አመራሮችን በራሴ እና በከተማ አስተዳደራችን ስም ላመሰግናችሁ እወዳለሁ።

The Great Renaissance Dam is nearing completion, with 97.6% of the total work DONE!

Here’s the progress:

✅ Saddle Dam: Fully completed (2010 E.C.), operational with 4 power units—some ready, others in the testing phase.
✅ Main Dam: 1,800m long & 645m above sea level, 99.6% of civil works complete.
✅ Electro-Mechanical Works: 87% complete.
✅ Hydraulic Steel Structures: 98% complete.
✅ Connecting Bridge (Middle Ramp): Nearing completion.
✅ Spillway Gates: Fully operational.

Earlier this year, I had the remarkable opportunity to visit the ADWA MUSEUM, where I was captivated by the display of Ethiopia's very first airplane. As I reflect on that experience, I am reminded that today marks a significant milestone for the Ethiopian Air Force, which proudly celebrates its 89th anniversary.

The Air Force has reached an impressive achievement with the successful readiness for flight of an aircraft named Sun 2, a testament to their commitment to innovation and independence. This aircraft, developed in-house, is equipped with cutting-edge technology that enables it to perform a variety of missions with exceptional effectiveness.

This accomplishment not only highlights the progress made by the Air Force but also reinforces its ambitious vision of evolving into the largest air force in Africa by the year 2030. The strides taken today herald a promising future for Ethiopia’s aerial capabilities and military prowess.
