Out of warranty, @OnePlus_IN quoted ₹5500 to fix my Buds Pro 2—almost the ₹9000 I paid! I declined the repair, but they returned my buds today in a deplorable state, worse than I sent them. #OnePlus #TerribleService

Worst maintenance, will never go by TSRTC. @apsrtc is far more better atleast in terms of maintenance.

I got a charge of 3000/- on my credit card bill, even if I paid my bill on time. When called upon customer care they were saying not responding properly & told me that they will call, but haven't received any call. I sincerely request you to help me out of this.
