.@InPostUK 14 Dec sent goddaughters Christmas presents. App said it got to their local warehouse on 17 Dec & parcel was sent out that day to locker. Lockers were full so parcel returned to warehouse. It hasn’t moved since! Called & no news. So no Christmas presents! #AwfulService
