@Avis did you know fraud is occurring using messages posted for you for customer service. I was reached out asking for CC details. Again shows how awfully you are treating your customers base
@Avis awful experience. Returned the car ahead of time as per return instructions. Waiting for more than 36 hours now and rental is still all.not closed. Call centers are giving me the runaround. Either it's bad systems, or you don't care about your returns or customer exprience
@lufthansa flew from India to US on Lufthansa via munich. Flight delayed more than 5 hours and filed for feedback under EC 261/2004. Has been over 2 months with no reply. #AwfulService

@UPS my investigation was closed despite 1) me confirming that the order was not delivered via email 2) me getting a we will try and deliver tomorrow but No delivery happened 3) no proof of delivery ever being shared. This is such a horrible customer experience
@CapitalOne one of the worst experience. Approved for card 2 ks back, submitted documents 2 ks back. Your team keeps calling & when I call back they don't know why they called. They now asked me to call the utility company whose bill I shared without clarifying for what. #apalled

@TK_HelpDesk I called call center 8 times and spent 3 hours. There hasn't been any resolution. I am just put on hold. Can you tell the escalation path. why am I unable to covert my miles (when I haven't reached the 40k limit as per your terms and conditions) or is the entire program a sham!
@TK_HelpDesk am unable to convert my miles into status miles. What is the benefit of gathering miles and the holiday offers of you won't let members upgrade. :(
@TK_HelpDesk It tells e the amount of miles you can convert is a maximum of 0 miles. I have not hit my limit of 40k status miles conversion so not sure what's going on. DM me if you need account details
@united flew from Dublin on 6/27 on a flight with 5 hours+ delay. Was shared a page explaining rights to compensation-but no details on process, called cust care who said see website, no compensation form visible on site. Please help unless it's a tactic to avoid customer rights
