Extremely disappointed with the admin & processes of @AIIMSBhopal

1. Blood Reports: In ~70% cases, simple Blood Reports like CBC takes ~10-12 hours, even for critical patients. This should be done in an hour max. Blood sample acceptance takes ~8-10 hour.
