When I first met the smart WISER scholarship awardees four years ago, we had one German applicant for 10 scholarships. This time, almost 150 women applied for the same 10 positions. Amazing growth, and amazing work by @INDOGSTC , bringing ๐ฎ๐ณ&๐ฉ๐ช together in science.
