Designed in 1982, this circular steel fountain became a landmark of the Polytechnic Institute in Gyumri. Remarkably, it survived the devastating 1988 Spitak earthquake without damage, while many surrounding buildings were destroyed, turning it into a symbol of resilience in Armenian modernist architecture.

Inspired by the double-helix structure of DNA, Tao Zhu Yin Yuan twists 4.5 degrees at each floor, creating a total 90-degree rotation from base to top. The sculptural residential tower was designed to maximize daylight, natural ventilation, and panoramic views while redefining the relationship between high-rise living and nature.

A former industrial site along the Someș River in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, is being transformed into a large-scale mixed-use district that reconnects the city with its waterfront. Designed by UNStudio in collaboration with Felixx Landscape Architects and Planners for developers IULIUS and Atterbury Europe, the RIVUS project combines urban regeneration, adaptive reuse, landscape design, and new public infrastructure within a single framework.

✨I. M. Pei’s Luce Memorial Chapel is a masterclass in geometry, light, and spiritual minimalism. Located on the campus of Tunghai University in Taichung, Taiwan, the chapel was completed in 1963 and remains one of Pei’s most poetic works.

This new performing arts center is set to be constructed in Nashville. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and William Rawn Associates, the Tennessee Performing Arts Center will sit on the East Back of the Cumberland River and feature a theatre curtain-inspired facade that is designed to "welcome the community from all sides".

When it completes in 2030, the building will create a new home for the Nashville Ballet, Nashville Opera, and Nashville Repertory Theatre while creating a venue for traveling Broadway shows, dance performances, and community events.

Construction works are expected to start in 2027.
