Evaled a Pt. with IV drug use today. Obtaining a good subjective hx took 25 min. Does drug use often cause cognative/memory defecits?

@aimBrightPT no MOI, no hx of edema. It was a superficial dermatologic infec., with slight swelling. Ultrasound for DVT came back neg.

STMed the Pt. calf last visit. Referred out for ruling out of DVT. No DVT present. Just red, blotchy, swollen, tender, warm calf. Infection?

Did the c-spine movement dance with a pt. today to explain their facet pain. It clicked for the patient and they immediate bought into PT!

Instructed a train rider on tissue healing s/p meniscectomy. Another rider asked, "How do you know so much about the knee?" Almost a DPT!
