Pt wanted a pill that can fix his shoulder impingement. Told him I'll give him one after he completes 6 weeks of therapy. #thereisnopill

@rlandeldpt MRI was done before the walk. She just received an injection of Monovisc and almost completely resolved symptoms.

[Binh Ly @hashtagbinhja]

@rlandeldpt @aimBrightPT So legally, just treat and document?

Been working on balance for past 3 wks w/ a pt with bilateral knee OA and balance doesn't seem to be improving. Neuro exam cleared. Hmmm

[Binh Ly @hashtagbinhja]

Nerve flossing immediately with a nerve entrapment? Or make sure other structures are not irritating the nerve before flossing.

@aimBrightPT thats what I thought but freezing occurred slowly. Over about 5-10 mins

[Binh Ly @hashtagbinhja]

Pt w/ gradual "freezing" of knee when she walks >0.5miles. Has a lump in post. knee. Presents like bakers cyst but MRI showed only OA. Help?

[Binh Ly @hashtagbinhja]

Neck and low back eval where pt was too painful to touch and must change positions very slowly. Pt saw Dr 3 days ago. Send pt back?

[Binh Ly @hashtagbinhja]

@MeagOday I was talking more along the lines of physician dictated visits

[Binh Ly @hashtagbinhja]

I was told freq of visit should follow the doctor's script exactly. I believe we should determine how often a pt should see us. Thoughts?

[Binh Ly @hashtagbinhja]

[Binh Ly @hashtagbinhja]

Pt comes in for a TKA but is limited in rehab due to her bppv. Can we treat it without a prescription?

[Binh Ly @hashtagbinhja]
