@nectar My app kicked me out and asked me to log in. I tried and it sent me a text verification code, which I entered, but I wouldn’t accept. It’s now telling me that I don’t have an account registered with my emails address?! Any ideas?

@eBay_UK My dad has passed away and we need to close down his account. You have sent emails asking for him to pay £.072 but his bank account has been closed. How can we close his account and stop the emails suggesting that you’ll send debt collectors to my mum’s house?

@GWRHelp I have booked tickets to London for the 8th of October, which is now a planned strike day. The website gives a link to click for a refund but once on it it says you can only get a refund for strike days in July and August. When will this be changed so I can get a refund?

paid extra for decent flights times. Within minutes, got an email to say the flights we paid extra for aren’t available and we’re back on the original flights with no mention of a refund and can’t talk to anyone. Does customer service exist?
@British_Airways Thanks. But we don’t want the next available flight, as we can’t get to the airport for that time in the morning; we want the flight after the one we booked. We are willing to pay the extra, but this is not an option. How do we go about doing that? Thanks
