Today, I delivered my final speech on the U.S. House floor.
For six years, I’ve represented Virginians who demonstrate what makes our country the best in the world.
Serving Virginia’s Seventh District has been the greatest honor of my life.
Big congrats to @RepSpanberger! Having her voice at the leadership table is so important because she knows and represents rural constituents like us. Even though she won’t be our Congresswoman next year we’re incredibly proud! 💙
I am honored that my colleagues elected me to serve as their representative to Caucus leadership.
Since I came to Congress in January 2019, I’ve been focused and purposeful in sharing with our leadership the sentiments, beliefs, and priorities of the Seventh District.

Just how extreme is Bob Good? He was the only Republican from VA who voted against honoring the police officers who bravely defended the Capitol on 1/6. We deserve so much better!
Today Congressional Gold Medals will be awarded to police officers who defended the Capitol when it was brutally attacked on 1/6. Let's not forget @RepBobGood was one of 21 Rs who voted against honoring their bravery. #VA05 https://t.co/a4Jltiljwb
We are so proud of @JoshforVirginia, his campaign staff and the race they ran in #VA05. Thank you for showing up everywhere, meeting voters where they are and laying a strong foundation for Dems in this redrawn district. 💙
“Bob Good believes in three things: hate, anger and fear. It is the ideal recipe for demagoguery & authoritarianism. … Every voting age citizen in #VA05 needs to register to vote, if they have not already, & cast a ballot.” https://t.co/f66TJctDSe
