@RandoxHealth Absolute joke. 4 x 2 day lateral flow tests to complete, 3 hours later only managed to register 1. App keeps either freezing or logging me out, and when I do eventually get through to scanning stage I get error message saying device not recognised, contact provider!

@ParcelHero Try to rebook and the price has increased plus i'm expected to pay for the enhance insurance again so I think screw it, i'll use someone else but have to pay a £9 cancellation fee. What an absolute joke and an absolute ripoff!

@ParcelHero So, I book and pay for a collection, I also pay for enhanced insurance for the package. The courier @parcelforce fail to turn up and collect the parcel. No notifications from anyone but the onus is now on the customer to sort it out and rebook. part 2 to follow
