@Matt_1993@kendallrowanx I’m not entirely sure about that, but it is clear your intellect has retired ahead of schedule. While I would normally never love the idea of teaching you, I am willing to make an exception to instruct you on the basic etiquettes of your ending years...!
@Brunoguifan@N0VA_SNiipez@GeordieJordan96@TouchlineX Isak did it too? So, Bruno is not a club legend, but someone to remember who was with us during our good times He manipulated the Geordies, and now he’s manipulating the Gooners
🚨🎥 Here’s the post-match interview with Matthias Jaissle, after his first Premier League victory! 🔥
🎙️ Reporter: “That good start has now become a fantastic start. Are you sitting here feeling very happy with what you saw from your players today?”
🗣️ Matthias Jaissle: “Yes, it’s unbelievable. I’m incredibly proud. We’re incredibly proud as a club and as a coaching staff to see the team out there executing the game plan at such a high level, and to see the players fully committed to what we’re doing.
“This is a great start. I’m very, very proud, so it’s also a moment to enjoy.”
🎙️ Reporter: “In terms of the performance and your understanding of the game plan, did you feel this was another big step forward compared to what you delivered last week?”
🗣️ Matthias Jaissle: “Yes, we delivered a good performance last week as well, so this was another step in the right direction. We were playing against a strong opponent who made some huge signings during this transfer window. We knew that, but the way we handled that challenge was amazing.”
🎙️ Reporter: “It seems like you had a really productive week on the training ground. You tried the move that led to the first goal just 40 seconds into the match and nearly scored from it. Then it worked with Elanga, who opened the scoring. During your preparations, what did you see in terms of the spaces that could be exploited, and how much did you work on that?”
🗣️ Matthias Jaissle: “It’s always the same thing. As a coach, you try to identify the areas where you can press the opponent and unsettle them. You look for spaces and gaps and analyse them. That was important today.
“But in general, we try to stick to our principles on the pitch, regardless of the opponent. Today, it happened two or three times, and we’re very happy to see that.”
🎙️ Reporter: “Were you surprised by how quickly this team has gelled? It doesn’t feel like you’ve only had three weeks of pre-season preparation. It doesn’t feel like a new team.”
🗣️ Matthias Jaissle: “Yes, it’s not a completely new team either, and the DNA of Newcastle United fits very well with the style of play I like to see. So, we’ve already seen some similarities in the past.
“Now, we’ve used the time in the best and most efficient way possible, and I’m proud once again to see all of that work actually coming to fruition.”
