Great multi disciplinary case-based presentation at today’s medical grand rounds of a patient with HIV+/HHV8+ multicentric Castleman disease who presented with fevers and AMS, thrombocytopenia, diffuse LAD, and ARF. Amazing recovery of plt count with weekly rituximab.
