🔴 Serious Issues (stipend scam⚠️)at RDJM Medical College, Muzaffarpur (Bihar)

Fmg interns(doctor)are facing serious problems regarding stipends and working conditions:
1.Stipends are not given on time, and whatever amount we receive is heavily cut without proper explanation.
2.When we take Casual Leave (CL), the stipend for those days is deducted, and now the administration is saying they will not even allow CL in the future.
3.𝗔𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿, ₹𝟮𝟳,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 ₹𝟮𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿.
4.Fmgs are being threatened that if we raise our voices, we will be removed, with remarks like “You people are a burden”.
5.There is no fixed date or commitment for stipend payments, and no assurance that it will be paid within a certain period.

This constant harassment, delay in payments and non-compliance with government orders is creating a very unhealthy working environment for medical interns.
Immediate attention from authorities is needed to ensure our rights are protected.
