Well, I guess the idea that humans will have nothing valuable left to do in the age of AI is going around again, so it is a good time to repost this article

@CyrusYari This and network state is great read to understand the future. People should be able to vote with their feet. That being said, there is something wrong with the looking at countries as a service: people should give back to the nation that raised them.
– A brutal regime has mismanaged the country for 47 years. Iran has more oil and gas resources than Norway, but the regime has used the money to sponsor terrorism in the region, support Hamas and other proxy groups, and not on its own population. In 48 hours in January, the regime chose to kill more than 32,000 young people who were out in the streets. But they didn't stop there. They went into hospitals and killed injured protesters. And they have mass-raped young girls in prisons, says Gharahkhani

@jasonlk Two things that will happen if true:
1. tech output will be 10 or 100x higher. This will gain society with better tools, lower prices and more profitable businesses.
2. Every engineer without a job will become consultant helping companies adopt AI,m
For all my Iranians that do not believe that a constitutional monarchy can work! I grew up in Norway, and it has proven to be a good model during a crisis - like when the nazis came and the King gave people hope! Today( @PahlaviReza give people hope!
am in favor of a constitutional monarchy and believe that it has been crucially important for Norway. It has contributed to unity and has been an important common point of contact for several generations, in both joy and sorrow.
Our royal house is also the protector of our democracy. In Norway, we had a referendum on whether we wanted a monarchy in 1905. It is also unique. When the then Prince Carl (later King Haakon) came to Norway, the first thing he did was take an oath in the heart of democracy, the Storting. King Haakon's election slogan is the same as both his son King Olav had and our current King Harald has: Everything for Norway.
This week, the Storting considered a proposal for a republic, as we do at the start of each new parliamentary term. Not surprisingly, the majority still supported a constitutional monarchy.
Today in Tehran:
1️⃣ MPs wore IRGC uniforms to work.
2️⃣ Chanted "Death to America/Europe."
3️⃣ Labeled all 27 EU armies as "Terrorists." This is the regime Ali Larijani claims is "ready for negotiations.
" Don't be fooled by the lies. They are preparing for a showdown.

The latest report I have received, from someone who is in contact with sources inside the government, indicates that the regime’s own estimate of the number of those killed exceeds 80,000.
“In a meeting that several people had with Mohsen Hashemi, he reportedly stated that, based on estimates by the military forces, the total number of those killed is over 80,000.”
“In addition, doctors who are currently treating the wounded in hospitals say that patients are in extremely critical condition, and due to shortages of blood and medical supplies, there is a high risk that many of the injured will die. Unfortunately, these numbers are continuing to rise.
“Many injured people are also afraid to seek medical care because they fear arrest, and doctors and medical staff are expressing serious concern about the health and safety of these individuals.”

Just talked to my cousin in Iran - internet is back in Shiraz. In the small village of Meymand (Fars) at least 5 people have been killed and 50 injured. The numbers of killed protesters are far higher than what we read about in the news!
This is Iran.
They aren’t even wearing official military uniforms.
Their faces are masked.
They chant “Labbayk ya Khamenei” as they fire into homes.
Into the homes of foreign enemies?
No، into the homes of the rightful owners of this land.
This is an occupied Iran.
