आज साहित्य कला मंच के अध्यक्ष और हमारे पारिवारिक मित्र @vyassushil जी के #रामलीला_महोत्सव में और दक्षिण मुंबई के विभिन्न रामलीला मंडलों में शरीक होकर सभी राम भक्तों को संबोधित करने और रामलीला महोत्सव देखने का अवसर मिला।

एक रामलीला में मेरे मित्र और महाराष्ट्र विधान सभा के अध्यक्ष @rahulnarwekar जी भी मेरे साथ मौजूद थे।

इस दौरान #मर्यादा_पुरूषोत्तम_भगवान_श्रीराम का आशिर्वाद प्राप्त किया और सभी मुम्बई वासियों के लिए प्रार्थना की।

आज मैंने @INCMumbai नेताओं, विधायकों और नगरसेवकों के साथ @mybmc आयुक्त इकबाल सिंह चहल जी से मुलाकात की।

BMC की खुले मैदान और सार्वजनिक जमीन राजनेताओं को सौंपने की अपनी जनविरोधी नीति तुरंत रद्द करने का निवेदन दिया। मैंने यह भी मांग की कि #BMC को अपने सफाई कामगारों को आश्रय योजना के तहत दिए जाने वाले बेस रेंट को बढ़ाना चाहिए।

मेरे साथ @VarshaEGaikwad जी, @naseemkhaninc जी, विधायक @mlaAminPatel जी और @zeeshan_iyc जी, सुरेश शेट्टी जी, @madhuannachavan जी और @ravirajaINC जी भी उपस्थित थे।

Thanks to the tremendous ingenuity, dedication, skill and hard work of our scientists, engineers and everyone involved in the successful launch of #Chandrayaan3 Mission.

We are extremely proud of each one of you for this remarkable achievement.

On behalf of the Congress party, we express our sincere gratitude to the extraordinary team at @Isro 🇮🇳

India's lunar missions began with Chandrayaan-1 in 2008, which confirmed the presence of water molecules on the moon ! This was a historic feat by our country !

Chandrayaan-2 also detected the presence of chromium, manganese and sodium for the first time through remote sensing. The perseverance of our scientists did not go in vain.

Today, Chandrayaan-3 is a testimony to the vision, foresight, determination and accomplishment of all our previous Prime Ministers including Pandit Nehru ji, Lal Bahadur Shastri ji , Indira Gandhi ji, P V Narasimha Rao ji, Rajiv Gandhi ji, Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji and Dr Manmohan Singh ji.

It is our sincere tribute to Dr Vikram Sarabhai and Dr Satish Dhawan and countless visionary scientists who devoted their lives to establish and inculcate scientific temper for human and social development for our people.

As Pandit Nehru said -

“…I am convinced that the methods and approach of science have revolutionized human life more than anything else in the long course of history, and have opened doors and avenues of further and even more radical change, leading up to the very portals of what has long been considered the unknown”.

आज मैंने संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) की परीक्षा पास करने वाले एक गोदी कामगार के बेटे को सम्मानित किया। मोहम्मद हुसैन सैयद नामक युवक दाना बंदर की एक झुग्गी में रहता है और और वह एक IPS अधिकारी बनने जा रहा है।

मेरे साथ @mlaAminPatel जी और स्थानीय नगरसेवक भी उपस्थित थे।

After losing Vedanta-Foxconn & the International Finance Center to Gujarat, I appeal to Maharashtra Deputy CM @Dev_Fadnavis Ji to make a strong case to GoI to set up the National Research Foundation HQ in Mumbai.

Mumbai would benefit from an institution of excellence like NRF.
