@Lui_theseeker @Kaphrayra @citizentvkenya The laws are an adoption of old British Common laws that were used in the 1800s/1900s. Our constitutional referendum failed to change some of these laws. We are in the 21st century after all. We are still being governed by colonizers laws. Look at the way police handles our own.
