@Assur_Us @a2hosting @shokobala21 pretty much.They don't reply to tickets, they don't update the issue anymore on their status page, and they have changed their chat to a bot assistance. U can only talk to them on phone after 1h of hold on nd get a - i'm sorry i don't have any info nd we have no ETA for the issue
