how to keep learning; even when life gets noisy:

1. stay curious, not disciplined. curiosity sustains longer than discipline ever can. follow the thread of what fascinates you, not what you think you should know.
2. teach what you learn. write threads, talk to friends, or explain it out loud. if you can’t teach it simply, you don’t understand it yet.
3. connect ideas. link physics to art, code to biology, control theory to psychology. cross-pollination keeps the brain alive.
4. build stuff. learning without creating is just information storage. building converts knowledge into intuition.
5. read beyond your field. specialists become obsolete. polymaths stay timeless.
6. learn like it’s oxygen. not because someone told you to, but because ignorance feels like suffocation.

Here's how in 35 steps:

1. Create a new Twitter/X account (takes 5 sec).
2. Add PFP and banner using AI tools like Midjourney or Leonardo (2 min).
3. Write a 160-character bio with your niche and authority (30 sec).
4. Add a Notion or Typeform link for lead capture (1 min).
