Building a product with no design system, no dedicated eng team, and a stakeholder who changes priorities weekly.
That's not a bad situation. That's just product work.

@sama I’m at the airport on my phone with 3 hours to kill, I’d like to work on a project in my GitHub repo- what do I do! ? There’s no way to connect to my repo ? + CTA has no value
@sama Yeah, but can you fix memory within the same project/folder? After a few days of heavy use it gets slow and unreliable. Hard to trust it for larger coding projects, I’ve already switched to Claude for that.
@T0M248 Dara’s analogy is directionally right , ecosystems coexist. AV won’t be binary either, But let’s be precise: Uber isn’t a legal monopoly, it’s a dominant platform in a duopoly (~75% U.S. share). As Thiel says, monopolies don’t announce themselves they show up as default option
@deepigoyal@lataerospace Chotte plane kahi bhi land kar jaye nahi, it’s called private airport. Not a new invention, India has about 14 private airports (none in Delhi) comparatively USA has about 14000
Most roadmap discussions fail because they’re framed as prioritization problems.
They’re actually accountability problems.
If no one owns the outcome, every item feels “important.”
