Extremely disappointed with @SansuiIndia. Worst product quality and even worse customer service. Complaining for the last 3 months but no resolution at all. Feels like once they sell the product, they simply disappear. Pathetic service. Never recommending Sansui again.

Purchased a Sansui product in Sept 2025, but for the last 3 months I’ve been repeatedly calling customer care with no solution, only false assurances. Is this how you treat customers after purchase? Kindly resolve this.
