While I am happy to see mainstream media taking up a discussion, I strongly believe that mere apologies are not enough. In Europe, the Digital Services Act strips platforms of safe harbour if they fail to protect children or hide behind opaque algorithms. India must demand the same , strict punishment, accountability, and algorithmic transparency. Policy head needs to come clean why selective action was taken. Big tech cannot bully Bharat.

We expect a response from our leaders condemning the embarrassment caused by US Navy by sinking an unarmed Iranian warship that was guest of Indian Navy in MILAN 2026!
Silence will only embolden the bully USA! https://t.co/rlDFNI4G0A
We’re so busy fearing AI will wipe out white-collar jobs that we’re missing a far bigger crisis: the scarcity of skilled trades.
Ford CEO @jimfarley98 made a startling revelation in a recent podcast: Ford has 5,000 mechanic jobs unfilled, many paying $120,000 a year, and still no takers. Across the U.S., over a million essential roles in plumbing, electrical work, trucking and factory operations lie vacant.
This isn’t the future. It’s happening now.
For decades, we pushed degrees and desk jobs to the top of the “aspirational” ladder and quietly pushed skilled trades to the bottom. Yet these are the jobs AI cannot replace: they require judgment, dexterity, apprenticeship, and real-world expertise.
So the real question is: Are we about to witness a reset in what society considers a dream career?
Because if this trend continues, the biggest winners of the AI era will be the people who can actually build, fix, and keep the world running.
Marx imagined workers rising through struggle.
He never imagined they’d rise because they became too skilled, too scarce, and too essential to replace!
A revolution not through violence… but through value-discovery

The #NationalSpaceDay in India commemorates the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon. We celebrate India's incredible journey in space exploration. From launching Aryabhata in 1975 to the success of the Mars Orbiter Mission (hashtag#Mangalyaan) and hashtag#Chandrayaan, India has firmly positioned itself as a global leader in space technology.
Recently, the Centre for Knowledge Sovereignty #CKS @CKSIndia had the privilege of hosting Shri. A.S. Kiran Kumar, former Chairman of #ISRO and a visionary in India's space programs. Shri. Kiran Kumar's insights into the future of geospatial technologies and their role in addressing challenges like agriculture and disaster management were truly enlightening.
Prior to this, on 13 December 2023, the visit to #ISTRAC, Bengaluru under the flagship program #MMGEIS, a joint initiative of by #Esri India and #CKS, India was a moment of inspiration, particularly Shri Kiran Kumar’s interaction with young minds. Seeing the excitement in the eyes of future scientists and space researchers was a reminder that the future of India's space endeavours is in capable hands.
At CKS, we are optimistic about the future of India’s space technology. With leaders like Shri Kiran Kumar guiding us and the next generation ready to take on the challenge, we are confident that India will continue to reach new heights in space exploration.
Here’s to building India’s future scientists, space researchers, and geo-spatial warriors!

MMGEIS will bring bright minds the right guidance and skills to usher in an era of innovation in use of geospatial technology.
@CKSIndia & Esri India aims to engage up to 5,00,000 students over the next 5 years.

Today’s action by #Google in delisting many Indian Apps is a striking example of the dangers we face as a society and as a nation when we don’t have data sovereignty. Any other big tech company can colonise us and impose their will on us if we don’t develop alternates. My book #DatasovereigntyThePursuitofSupremacy and the decade plus old fight for data sovereignty was exactly for such reasons.
India must be a data sovereign to fight data colonisation.

No words can explain the sense of pride , joy and happiness today when crores of Bharatiyas witnessed the #PranaPratishtha of #RamLalla at #AyodhaRamMandir . Sanatan dharma teaches love , equality , patience, tolerance, strength, compassion, respect to all and Prabhu Shri Ram stands for all of this . Today witnessing Hon’ble PM @narendramodi ji performing the rituals is perhaps one of the best moments of my life.
