@monzo what rubbish service from these guys, frozen my account without any explanation. Been waiting 2 weeks to access my OWN funds, have given all paperwork they requested & nothing. Shit bank, steer clear!!
@monzo This has already been done, I’ve provided all documentation you have requested and I’m still waiting to access MY OWN money!! Close to £40,000. I have bills to pay too, my mental health is being affected by this massively! Digital bank where no one responds via app or email!!
