@SamsungUK I pre-ordered a Fold8 on 28 Jul. The free case offer ended 25 Jul, then returned on 31 Jul with code FOLD8. My phone hasn't even shipped, yet Customer Services say I must cancel and reorder. Why not honour the offer for existing pre-orders? Be fair to loyal customers!

@WestMidRailway pretty #shambolic service. Euston-Liverpool delayed 45 mins yesterday. 1 hour delay today due to staff shortages. Delays are part of life. But outbound London-Crewe train only had 1 working toilet. Crewe-London train today doesn't have a SINGLE WORKING TOILET.
