During the Samskrita Day Celebration, Governor Ravi emphasized how Sanskrit has played the key role and is integral to the evolution of Bharat as an inclusive Rashtra embracing and celebrating stunning diversities. Sanskrit is crucial to understanding Bharat and Bhartiyata. Ancient Sanskrit literature are repositories of the priceless wisdom of Bharat. It is perhaps the most scientific language. At time when the frontiers of technologies like Generative Artificial Intelligence is rushing forward towards super intelligent human like machines and raising existential and ethical concerns, Sanskrit should be helpful in steering a purposeful discourse towards a sustainable global future. There is need to integrate Sanskrit with our higher technical institutions. He also emphasised the need for multilingual scholars well versed in Sanskrit and at least one more Bharatiya language. He hailed Sanskrit Bharati for its tireless efforts for promotion of Sanskrit.
