We have had a terrible experience with MAKE MY TRIP holiday packages.
They have booked us into a terrible go forsaken hotel in Phu Quoc island and now they are not even responding to our complaints.
This place is surrounded with all sorts of insects and creepy

My daughter had bought a Louis Phillip gift card worth 7K through you as a gift to her father Amit Vora.
As these days you can use your mobile as your mini computer, she had bought the gift voucher through her mobile.
Kindly call me on 9821691756 at the earliest and help us sort thus issue.
If I don't receive your support to this thus in 1 hours time, I will be forced to put this whole thing on social media platforms and share our negative reviews for Woohoo.
My daughter has raised a complaint regarding the same and the ticket number is 11376287.
We have also tried reaching the customer care 0806453440 multiple times from my daughter's number and my number, but each time we have been put in hold for 10-15 minutes and yet None answere
Unfortunately while sending it to her father when she typed the email id, the smart device used the autocorrect and skipped the underscore in my husband(Amut Voras) email id.
Hence my husband has not received the e gift card on his id.

I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the way all 3 companies have made us to run from pillar to post to get refund for our flight tickets from Mumbai to Muscat and back.
@makemytripcare We have already raised this issue multiple times in the past one month and provided you’ll with enough documents and details. Kindly check in your records and stop asking for DMs.
@makemytripcare It seems MMT and Air India express are just bidding time
and they don’t want to resolve our refund issue.
Although we had notified MMT to cancel both the tickets well in advance yet our return flights from Muscat was declared as ‘ No show’.
@makemytripcare I would like to thank Indigo airlines for their empathy towards my medical condition and refunding my entire amount.
However Air india has deducted 6K and MMT has deducted 2K despite of submitting all the medical documents and proofs to them well in time.
@AirIndiaX U have shared the PNR number almost a week back on your DM, however there has been no concrete resolution from your end. It seems you are just bidding time by asking irrelevant questions. This is not expected from Tata group company. Henceforth no more DM’s.

I have received the refund for the Mumbai-Muscat flight which was Indigo however I still haven’t received for the Muscat-Mumbai flight which was Air India Express.

I have received messages in my private inbox that the claim has been rejected.Only way left is to go legal against all these 3 companies.
How can you expect me to travel when u was in the ICU during my travel days.This is the height of inhumanity.I urge people to boycott them
We have submitted all relevant documentation, basis what was asked by the three companies. It has been more than 2 weeks and there is no update from @IndiGo6E and @AirIndiaX has refused to give a refund. Our people lack basic compassion and empathy.
We were supposed to fly on the 14th of August 2025 and back on 19th August. Unfortunately, I suffered a severe heart attack on 12th August. My family had immediately cancelled both flight tickets through @makemytrip over a call explaining the situation.
