@NewJerseyLP Elected officials use our tax money to secure these major events. We are then priced out of these events. Afterwards we have to make up any financial losses by paying even more in future taxes for events we couldnโt even be a part of.
@NewJersey has to now be the worst run state in the entire union at this point. Most taxes, worst tax rates, and still not enough money to stay afloat.

@PsiOps70@jeffersonation1 They are not exactly the same but Libertarianism is the closest current ideology to Classical Liberalism. Itโs definitely closer to it than Modern Liberalism is.
History shows that governments inevitably expand power and self-perpetuate. This structural overreach fuels heavy regulation, public debt, and social control, ultimately restricting individual freedom and distancing ruling elites from the public.
@RealAngelaMc Kalshi had the third place finisher in the NJ Republican Senate Primary with a 84 percent chance of winning right up to the very end. I would say they are not a reliable way to predict political races.
After decades of one-party control in Trenton and nearly 40 years of the same representation in Congress, why is New Jersey becoming harder to afford every year?
Property taxes keep rising. State spending keeps growing. Schools are closing or consolidating. Working families are leaving, and major employers are scaling back or leaving because the cost of doing business here keeps climbing.
If government has to keep inventing โrelief programsโ just so people can afford to remain in the state, the system itself is broken. New Jersey doesnโt have a shortage of taxes โ it has a shortage of accountability. Career politicians donโt live under the same financial pressure as everyday families struggling with groceries, insurance, rent, and property taxes. Taxpayers fund the system while insiders benefit from it.
So the question is simple: why do we keep re-electing the same people and expecting different results?

@ColbyMannionNJ@ActualAlexZ Any word if Alex is planning on working directly with Murphy to unseat Booker? Each Republican candidate has their own unique strengths. I was hoping to see them all collectively work to flip this seat. It really could unite the party here in NJ for once.
@TaborforSenate I voted for you and thought you gave us the best chance of defeating Booker. I like Murphy and hope that you can work with him in flipping the seat.
