Very moving testimony from the amazing @LCAG_2019 volunteers who staff the LCAG Helpline for people facing the #LoanCharge who need urgent help including with suicidal thoughts.

Last year @StephenLloydEBN asked @hmtreasury @HMRCgovuk to set up such a helpline. They refused.

@VFritzNews @GNRailUK @TPExpressTrains Thanks for the heads up Victoria. Some compensation is small comfort from Great Northern but better than none. Long term we need to revolutionise this arterial route, perhaps bring it into TFL's domain. Then perhaps reliability and value for money can return.
