@ChargePointnet for over a year now I have had problems charging my car. For some reason your system always wants to reject charging, and I’ve tried everything under the sun with your technicians. I am in a rental building with a million other charges, and all of them are broken
@ChargePointnet I’m tempted to start my own charging company(especially with all of initiatives/rebates CA is offering)just to be the competition with good customer service. You are known for your lack of service in LA. And it’s bad for this movement. Another reason I’m so upset
@ChargePointnet I am located in Los Angeles. I have had multiple cases open for over 18 months with no resolution. The main problem now and has always been that my station is not properly and accurately connected to my account. This causes me to not be able to charge.

@ChargePointnet you have avoided my households concerns for over a year, and I have continuously had to charge my Tesla at a super charger. Every other month there are issues. And you do not care enough to actually fix it. There are ALWAYS excuses. How is this a company in 2022??
@ChargePointnet what is happening with your lack of service? To say that I am disappointed with this company is an understatement. I’m a huge believer in green technology, and I love my Tesla, but I have to deal with your nightmare service every single day.
All I care about today is making sure people understand the difference between algo stable coins like #LUNA and real 1:1 stable coins like #USDT#USDC . Period.
