An incidental impact of vibe coding and agentic coding:
Website domains are becoming more valuable.
The *reason* is that it is now easier (and cheaper) to build *something* of value on a domain than it was before.
Case in point: I own 500+ domains. Almost all of them had some idea behind them at the time but very few of them were something I could get around to building something on. Just not enough hours in the day.
Now that creating software is easier, I find myself going back to some of the domains in my portfolio and seeing if I can launch something on it.
A recent example is: MetaPrompt .com (which is a simple AI app that helps you improve the prompt you use with ChatGPT).

Funny how most domainers flex millions in sales… yet never do giveaways.
Why not share the wealth? 💸 Money flows, and it always comes back.

Unpopular opinion:
Developing your domains can lead to higher sales and stronger positioning.
You don’t need a team.
You don’t need to code.
And you don’t even need the perfect idea.
Here’s how I build clean, trustworthy “starter sites” in under 30 minutes 🧵

I feel like I'm living in the future right now.
Been using the new browser called Comet from @perplexity_ai (thanks @AravSrinivas for getting me access!)
Like millions of others, I spend hours and hours a day in a browser. Specifically, Chrome.
And, Chrome hasn't fundamentally changed much at all in years. The best thing to happen to Chrome was Chrome Extensions (which let you extend Chrome in super useful ways). But that was 15+ years ago and not much that I'd consider remarkable since then.
Comet changes that. It's a breath of fresh air into the browser.
It's amazing. It's like having an AI assistant that's right there as you're doing normal browser-y things. But then when you need to *do* something related to one of your browser tabs, you can just ask the assistant to do it.
Because it's all running inside the browser (Comet's a full-fledged browser), it can pretty much do anything that *you* could do inside the browser, including sites that require you to be logged in.
It's kind of magical.
I've long said it would take something really special to get me to switch away from Chrome (old habits die hard), and none of the recent new browsers have brought enough to the table for me to switch. I'd try them, but they wouldn't stick.
But Comet might be that the thing that finally gets me to switch.
DISCLOSURE: I'm a small investor in Perplexity and know Aravind, the founder.

Every founder knows the most important part of a startup is the domain name.
And the second most important part is buying it before you announce your startup.
@AntonioMJuliano Curious if @AntonioMJuliano and the #dYdX team are planning a native explorer or scan site, like Injective did with https://t.co/hwqBFOvDG3. It would be amazing to have something official beyond third-party tools
It’s arrogant to think you can do multiple things at once and beat someone who does one thing with all their effort.
Pick one thing. Go all in.
Then you become the one who’s hard to beat.
